Ask Local Services Help

Describe the provider task you are trying to complete.

Getting Started

Getting started with Local ServicesLearn the workspace, navigation, account model and the safest first-day setup sequence.
  1. Confirm you are in the correct TouteGestion organization and product workspace.
  2. Review your profile, organization name and access level before entering operational records.
  3. Use the left navigation to open the area you need; unavailable sections may be hidden by permissions or subscription entitlements.
  4. Use Help before changing records when you are unsure of a workflow, and use Support when the documented result differs from what the app shows.

Account & Access

Access, roles and missing menu itemsDiagnose why a page, action or menu item is not available to your account.
  1. Confirm you are signed into the intended organization and product.
  2. Check whether the product subscription and your membership are active.
  3. Ask an organization owner or administrator to verify your role and required permission instead of sharing another person's account.
  4. If access appears correct but the page still fails, open a Support case and include the page path and exact error message.

Support

Open and track a TouteGestion Support caseEscalate an operational problem with enough context for Support to investigate safely.
  1. Search Help first so known operating procedures can be resolved immediately.
  2. Open Support and choose New case when the documented workflow does not match the app behaviour.
  3. Use a specific subject, correct category and priority, then describe what you expected and what actually happened.
  4. Include the affected page and safe record references. Never send passwords, API keys, one-time codes or full card details.
  5. Continue the same case for follow-up replies so the investigation stays in one auditable conversation.
Get product supportUnderstand how Local Services will use the shared TouteGestion Support Center as the private-preview identity boundary is activated.
  1. Use this Help Center first for operating guidance.
  2. Local Services is still in private preview and its provider authentication boundary is not yet activated for customer-bound support cases.
  3. Once the authenticated provider workspace is enabled, Support will appear here using the same cross-product TouteGestion case system used by Accounting, HR & Payroll, Documents and Hospitality.
  4. Never send passwords, one-time codes, secret keys or full payment-card details in a support case.

Operations

Manage service ordersTrack requests, quotes, bookings and multi-visit work from intake to completion.
  1. Open Orders and locate the customer request.
  2. Confirm the service, location, schedule and assigned worker before changing the order state.
  3. Use the supported lifecycle actions instead of manually rewriting completed history.
  4. If the order state does not match the real work completed, record the safest correction path and escalate through Support once provider authentication is activated.
Plan the provider scheduleCoordinate worker availability and service appointments without creating overlapping commitments.
  1. Open Schedule and choose the intended date or period.
  2. Check the worker, service duration and location before assigning work.
  3. Resolve conflicts before confirming the appointment.
  4. Recheck the order after rescheduling so customer-facing timing remains consistent.

Catalogue

Configure servicesMaintain the services a provider can sell, including delivery model and operational requirements.
  1. Open Services and search before creating a new service.
  2. Set a clear service name, delivery mode and operational duration.
  3. Keep existing service identity stable when orders already reference it.
  4. Retire or replace obsolete services instead of repurposing historical records.
Manage service locationsConfigure branches, venues and customer-service areas used for booking and fulfilment.
  1. Open Locations and verify whether the location already exists.
  2. Maintain the correct address and service capability for each location.
  3. Review worker and service availability before disabling an active location.
  4. Use location-specific settings instead of duplicating the whole provider workspace.

People

Manage workersKeep the provider workforce and service assignment model ready for scheduling.
  1. Open Workers and find the existing person before adding a new record.
  2. Confirm the services and locations they are allowed to work in.
  3. Keep availability and active status current before scheduling.
  4. Do not use worker records as substitutes for customer or organization identities.
